Every certified diamond comes with an official report number from IGI or GIA. You can verify the report by entering the unique number directly on the official IGI (igi.org/verify-your-report) or GIA (gia.edu/report-check-landing) portals, or via the interactive link provided in your Dazzler certificate dossier.

Yes. All centerpiece diamonds in our fine jewelry and solitaire catalog are accompanied by official third-party gemological reports from accredited laboratories (such as IGI or GIA). Products without centerpiece stones (such as plain precious bands) display clearly that certification applies only where centerpiece diamonds are present.

Every order is dispatched via expedited express carriers with real-time tracking, discreet unbranded outer packaging, and mandatory adult signature upon handover to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.

For deliveries outside the United States, orders are dispatched Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Customs duties, import tariffs, and local taxes (VAT/GST) vary by country and are assessed by local border authorities. The carrier will contact you prior to delivery with the official customs invoice.

If your ring does not fit comfortably, we offer one complimentary resizing within 30 days of delivery for standard styles within ±1.0 to 1.5 US sizes. Contact our Concierge to receive a tracked return label, and our atelier will resize and re-polish the piece in 5 to 7 business days.

Most solitaire and classic shank rings can be resized easily. However, full eternity rings (diamonds set 360° around the circumference) cannot be resized without disrupting the structural setting. For eternity rings, we strongly recommend ordering our complimentary ring sizer before purchase.

Ready-to-ship catalog pieces can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery in pristine, unworn condition with the security tag intact. Made-to-order pieces can be canceled within 24 hours of placement before casting. Custom bespoke commissions are non-refundable once CAD approval has been granted.

Absolutely. Our Diamond Concierge is available Monday through Saturday via email (concierge@dazzlerdiam.com) or direct appointment. We can provide high-resolution stone proportions, clarify 4Cs nuances, and assist with custom ring sizing.

All orders arrive in an anonymous, discreet brown exterior box with no brand markings or jewelry mentions to preserve secrecy and deter theft. The interior contains the signature Dazzler luxury presentation box, gemological report, and care booklet.

Made-to-order creations typically require 7 to 12 business days in our atelier for casting, bench setting, hand-polishing, and gemological inspection before being dispatched via tracked express air.
