Transparent International Duties & Customs

For international deliveries outside the United States, orders are dispatched on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Applicable import duties, customs tariffs, and local VAT/GST are calculated and levied by your local destination customs authority and collected by the carrier prior to delivery.

Ready-to-Ship Pieces: Eligible for exchange or return within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided the piece is in pristine unworn condition with the tamper-evident security tag intact.

Made-to-Order Pieces: Because made-to-order pieces are cast specifically to your selected finger size and metal specification, cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order placement before bench fabrication begins. Subsequent returns are subject to a 15% recycling/resetting fee.

Custom & Bespoke Commissions: One-of-a-kind custom design commissions and personalized engravings are uniquely created to client CAD approval and are non-refundable. Each bespoke commission includes complimentary 3D photorealistic rendering and sizing consultation.

Return Transit: Returns must be coordinated via our Concierge using our pre-authorized, tracked return shipping label to guarantee safe transit.

Complimentary Sizing Window: 30 calendar days from delivery.

Eligible Scope: Within ±1.0 to 1.5 standard US ring sizes for Solitaire rings, standard micro-prong shanks, and classic three-stone settings with sufficient plain metal allowance.

Technical Limitations: Full eternity diamond bands (diamonds set 360° around the perimeter), tension settings, and certain intricate pavé channel profiles cannot be resized without remaking the entire band.

Procedure: Contact your Dazzler Diamond Concierge within 30 days of receipt. We provide a secure return shipping kit, our master bench jewelers perform the resize, and we return the piece with restored mirror polish.

We recommend an annual atelier check-up to ensure prongs remain secure and diamonds retain maximum brilliance.

At-Home Cleansing: Clean periodically at home using lukewarm water, mild non-detergent soap, and an ultra-soft cosmetic brush. Avoid harsh chlorines or thermal shocks.

Bench Repairs: If accidental damage occurs, our atelier evaluates the piece and provides direct bench repair cost estimates without retail markup.
